Berga-what? Citrus Bergamia, the Bergamot Orange, is a delicate citrus fruit so
fragrant it's used to make perfume. We've used it in this brew to make our take on a
traditional Belgian wit beer of imperial strength - spiced with coriander, lemon peel,
chamomile and aged on Bergamot peel. Light and crisp up front, smooth bread
flavour with bright, fresh citrus notes. Enjoy this "Berga-wit".
