Using local tuart wood, we smoked WA malt in our smokehouse and added it to caramel and chocolate malts to create a smoked porter. Subtle smokiness perfectly compliments the dark and rich malts, delicately balanced by firm and assertive bitterness. Enjoy with smoked meats.
